"I visit Urbana-Campaign occasionally as my son is a student in the university. It will not be an hyperbole, that it is one of the best Indian restaurant in the US. I have tried most of the dishes, and my favorite are Pistachio chicken, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Chettinad and Chicken Korma. Chicken Tikka Masala is my son's favorite. I wonder how can make the Chicken so soft and succulent. If you are in the area, do not miss this. I live in NJ, which is full of Indian restaurants, but still Himalayan chimney remains my favorite."

"Fairly new to the area and we are compiling a list of our new favorites. This restaurant made the list!

The service was great. Waiter was attentive but not overbearing. He offered suggestions when asked. I ordered a dish but forgot the name of it but it was like a creamy tomato soup with chunks of chicken in it. The taste was absolutely delicious. I tried my best to eat it all but was served enough for two meals but I'm not complaining!

The atmosphere was good. Not loud but not so quiet that I was afraid to talk. Not full of youngsters. My husband and I strolled in around lunch time. We will definitely eat here again"

"This place is phenomenal!! The Chicken 65 is crispy, flavorful, and has some nice heat to it. Their chicken tiki Marsala dish is fantastic, too - their sauce is so good!!

If you're looking for a locally owned restaurant with entrees and apps that are loaded with flavor and freshness, Himalayan chimney is an excellent choice!!"
